  • How do I know which size storage unit to lease?

    It depends on how much you’re looking to store! Our smallest storage unit is 5’ x 10’ and is about the size of a walk-in closet. These units can accommodate the contents of a mid-size bedroom, including a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a TV, and several small to medium-sized packing boxes. Our largest size is an 8' X 40' Seacan and is the size of about a two car garage and can fit the contents of an entire house including appliances.

  • What do I need to bring to rent a storage unit?

    You bring your government-issued ID, and we’ll provide the pen and the paperwork! We can store your credit card on file for easy recurring payments. Once everything is squared away, you can begin moving things into your unit! If you have recurring payments set up, just reach out to us when you’re ready to cancel your rental, and our team can get everything sorted.

  • Do you provide insurance with storage unit rental?

    Although we do everything we possibly can to ensure the safety of your goods, we don’t offer insurance along with our unit rentals. However, you can take out a small renter’s policy through your home insurance agency to cover the items you keep stored at our facility.

  • Do I need my own lock for my rented unit?

    Yes! We recommend locking your unit for maximum protection when you aren’t moving things in and out of it, even though we have a gated facility. Most of our clients opt for a disc lock, and we sell locks onsite in case you need one!
